Originally from Northeastern North Carolina, Raymond grew up in a large military family of eight. As a result, Raymond is passionate about the USA and the military personnel that fight to protect our freedom.

Raymond is a graduate of Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida, with a BS degree in Finance.

Raymond has worked in the financial services industry since 2013. During this time, Raymond was employed by two separate Fortune 500 companies. His diverse background includes property and casualty insurance, life insurance, banking and investment management.

While working up the corporate ladder, Raymond recognized his passion for helping clients achieve financial success by adhering to the “Golden Rule.” However, he quickly recognized how the power of incentives frequently caused even the best companies or advisors to suggest the best option for them vs that of their client. Raymond believes this is exactly the opposite of what should be done. The client should always be provided the most beneficial advice, even if that is to the detriment of the company or the advisor. Raymond believes competition and honesty should fuel superior results, not sleight of hand and false promises.

As a result of this widespread conflict of interest, Raymond decided to open “Your Capital” with a goal of providing true, unbiased, transparent, objective, financial advisement to all clients.
